For a product purchased directly from us, the item may be exchanged, replaced, or refunded if it is found to be faulty within the first 30 days.
After 30 days, if the product is within its warranty period and develops a fault, we will either arrange a repair or a like-for-like replacement of your item. To report a faulty product please contact our Consumer Service team here.
Please note if you have purchased a Remington product from a retailer and there is a fault within the retailer's warranty terms (usually within the first 2 years from the purchase date), please report the issue direct to them first.
